Cami Benson – Event Coordinator

A Portland native and Oregon State University graduate, Cami holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communications with an emphasis in New Media Communications. She then went on to work in event planning and management, marketing and development at ProMax Sports Event Management and Nichols & Associates Flair Events. She currently works at D-Velopment as a Marketing Manager. She applies her extensive experience with vendors and large-scale events to Step 5 Productions as Event Coordinator, and as a member of the Board of Directors. Cami also sits on the Trillium Family Services Foundation Board.
Frances Thoresen – Operations Coordinator

Raised in Portland, Frances, graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing and a minor in Speech Communications, and also holds an MBA from Portland State University. Since then, Frances has worked at one of the leading real estate investment firms as a marketing and project coordinator and currently NFN Investments, a commercial real estate investment company as their Operations Manager and Investor Relations. Frances continues to apply her business and operational expertise as Operations Coordinator and by sitting on the Board of Directors. Frances also sits on the Trillium Family Services Foundation Board.
Kim Ainge – Development Coordinator

Portland local and graduate of University of San Diego with a degree in Communication Studies and minors in Business Administrations and Music, Kimberly began her career in marketing in Nashville, TN at D1 Sports Training then expanded into public relations with a career change to a PR manager at Bandit Lites. She currently works as a marketing manager at Fix Auto Collision Centers in Portland, OR. Kimberly continues to apply her marketing background to Step 5 Productions as Development Coordinator, and as a member of the Board of Directors. Kimberly also sits on the Trillium Family Services Foundation Board.
Katrina Spooner

Born and raised in Portland, Katrina graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting and Business Finance. While at Oregon State, she was actively involved in the MUPC as Director of Finance. After graduating, Katrina worked as a Senior Associate at KPMG providing assurance services to publicly held and privately owned companies – during her time at KPMG, she became a licensed CPA in the state of Oregon. After three years with KPMG, Katrina left to further expand her finance background and currently works at Nike as a Global Apparel Finance Analyst supporting the apparel and equipment functions. Katrina brings her business and extensive finance experience to the Step 5 Productions team.
Lauren Nelson

A Portland native – Lauren graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelors of Arts in Accounting and Russian Language. She then went on to apply her financial and business background at Chevron Corporation in San Francisco, CA and later Dani, Inc in Bend, OR as a Product Line Manager. Since, Lauren has furthered her career at HSBC Card and Retail Services – starting as a Business Project Manager, and currently serving as a Digital Marketing and Products Platform Manager. Lauren is also actively involved and volunteers as a mentor in the Big Brother Big Sister Program of Columbia Northwest. Lauren brings her diverse project management and marketing experience to Step 5 Productions.
Brad Bickley

Raised in Portland, Brad graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a Finance focus. After graduating, he began his career as a financial adviser at Merrill Lynch; after three years in the finance industry, he left to pursue other career opportunities at Nike – where he currently works in Consumer Services. Brad brings extensive business and finance skills to the Step 5 Productions team.
